How to run a template.
Official Grok Bot setup, then the SpaceXAI guides at x.ai/bot/guides.
Step 1
Install Grok Bot
Download the desktop app from the Grok Bot access page (macOS or Windows). Sign in with your Cursor account. SuperGrok Plus/Heavy or Cursor Pro+/Ultra/Teams is required.
Step 2
Create one bot, one job
New → Create new agent. Give it a short name, one primary job, and a description of how it should work — including what it must never do without you.
Step 3
Add a template from here
Copy the setup prompt and paste it as the first message, or use Open in Grok and choose Add to Grok Bot. That copies the shared profile, not the author's computer or history.
Step 4
Hand it a first task
Say the outcome, sources, constraints, deliverable, and when to stop for you. Review before any send, spend, or account change.
